All levels and ability

1:1 tuition is very much based on individual needs. Your interest may be based on a certain area of photography; or you may wish to develop your skills in post production workflow in Photoshop.
It is important to look at images you have already produced, in order to develop personal understanding of the content and narrative.


We also have a fully equipped photographic studio for still life, portrait and model photography.

General information

.1:1 is informal classroom/gallery/digital
darkroom and location based, situated at 
photoworkshopwales, Ystradgynlais, Powys.
.The 1:1 session begins at 10.00am and finishes approx. 4.30pm.
.Refreshments and packed/buffet lunch is provided.
.Transport to location shoots during the session.

What should I bring?
Camera, spare batteries, memory card, lenses, tripod, filters, memory stick or external hard drive, camera cables, warm waterproof clothing, suitable footwear, change of clothing and footwear. (we do have some tripods that can be used)
What level of photography is the course aimed?
1:1 tuition is purlely based around the individuals needs.
What is not included in the price?
Transport to and from photoworkshopwales. Overnight accommodation.
It is strongly recommended that you take personal holiday insurance.
